**Senior Analyst - Research, Evaluation, and Insights**

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
- Interrogate data sets on Māori social development outcomes, analyse trends, and report on insights to a varied group of stakeholders.
- Develop narratives, commentaries, and stories to help stakeholders contextualise the data and inform decision-making.
- Connect with internal and external stakeholders to understand their research and evaluation needs and interests and work with them to deliver these.
- Foster an environment of learning and capability development across the organisation.

**Ō pūmanawa | About You**
- Experience leading quantitative (social) research projects, including timelines, consultation processes, risk analysis, and procurement.
- Highly developed analytical and writing skills.
- Advanced experience with statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, R) and visual analytics tools (e.g., SAS Viya, PowerBI).
- Able to build and draw on collaborative networks and to mentor others, especially in research and evaluation methodologies.
