We are seeking a collaborative and driven Senior OD Advisor to join our Organisational Development team on a full time permanent basis. You can be based anywhere in New Zealand.

Reporting to the OD Manager, you will work with the People & Culture team to provide the full range of OD services across the entire employee lifecycle. Key priorities for this role will be to lead or support organisational and leadership development initiatives, improve people management processes, and provide organisational design support.
By actively supporting Whānau Āwhina Plunket’s organisation strategy and initiatives, weaving our uara (values) and culture change aspirations into your mahi, you will really add value.
**He kōrero mōu | About you**
You will be an excellent communicator who is able to facilitate group discussions, design and deliver training, has strong organisational skills, and can bring people together to work as a team. Cultural competence will come easily to you and you’ll have an eye for improving processes and service delivery.
You will also bring:
- A degree in organisational psychology, or an alternate affiliated degree (e.g. Human Resources)
- Strong experience in organisational development, organisational design, leadership / management development, learning and development, or similar roles
- Applied knowledge of organisational psychology/ organisational behaviour principles within a business context, including leadership and change management
- Knowledge of adult learning and development, including training design, delivery, and evaluation. Understanding of Learning Management Systems and L&D processes
- Advanced MS Teams, Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
