Downer has been appointed as the asset manager and maintenance contractor for the CRLL City Rail Link project for a period of up to 30 years under the Asset Management and Services (AMAS) contract with Auckland Transport.

The core purpose of the Maintenance Planner role is to ensure that assets and asset data being delivered by the City Rail Link project are fit for purpose and meets the maintenance requirements set out in the AMAS contract. This includes but not limited to:

- On-site observation of construction relating to this discipline and general maintenance requirements
- Review project handover documentation and asset register
- Write assets maintenance procedures for station building services (hydraulic, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical systems)
- Organize the Preventive Maintenance Plan and load it into Maintenance Management System
- Coordinate the H&S SWIMS maintenance compliance
- Identify the required spare part list and special tools
- Review of Operations and Maintenance manuals delivered by the Alliance
- Developing and continuing strong relationships with Auckland Transport, KiwiRail, the rail operator and other stakeholders.

**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills**
- At least 3+ years’ experience in similar role (facility manager and/or maintenance coordinator) is ideal
- Proficient in Excel and data manipulation
- Understanding of building services engineering and maintenance
- High level of demonstrated consultative skill
- Ability to build positive relationship with all levels of the company and train and coach others
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fully integrated team environment
- Clear demonstration of leadership behaviours that empowers others
