**Job Title**: Auto Parts Sales Assistant (Online Sales & Dispatch)
**Location**: Christchurch, New Zealand
**Employment Type**: Full-time (minimum 30 hours per week)

**About the Role**
Swift Auto Dismantlers Limited is a fast-paced auto wrecking business based in Christchurch. We’re looking for 2x reliable and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team. The role involves managing online listings of second-hand car parts, assisting customers, processing sales, and coordinating dispatch. This position suits someone who is confident using computers and enjoys hands-on work.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain product listings on platforms like Trade Me and Facebook Marketplace
- Respond to customer enquiries about availability, pricing, and part compatibility
- Process sales, including EFTPOS, online payments, and issuing receipts or invoices
- Pick, pack and dispatch parts for courier delivery or customer collection
- Keep accurate inventory records and assist with stocktakes
- Maintain a clean, organised store area and help display parts for easy access
- Coordinate with dismantlers and workshop staff to track and locate parts

**What We’re Looking For**
- NZQF Level 2 qualification or at least one year of experience in sales, retail or admin
- Comfortable handling basic financial transactions and invoicing
- Confident using Excel, websites, and basic accounting or sales software
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Physically capable of lifting and handling car parts safely
- Honest, organised and willing to learn on the job (auto parts knowledge a bonus but not essential)

**What We Offer**
- Stable full-time hours (minimum 30 hours per week)
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($25-28 based on experience)
