This organisation owns and manages a number of practices throughout New Zealand and Australia and is on a mission to grow and expand their services further. With Head Office in Southland, this role is able to be based remotely and will report to the CFO.

This Group has an impressive growth strategy and this role will help lead and manage the M & A activity for the Group, preparing business cases to support new investment, undertaking due diligence activities and identifying opportunities for expanding the business further. You will also take a lead in investor relations and manage those relationships with confidence.

Alongside this new investment activity, you will lead the financial planning and reporting for the Group, supporting the CFO by providing insight, analysis and commentary to the SLT and Board of Directors.

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to be able to hit the ground running with extensive FP & A experience, knowledge of business case development and you will be well versed in due diligence and deal execution. This is a close knit and hard-working team who are working together to achieve a common goal and whose passion and drive is evident in everything they do.
