As a key member of the **executive leadership team**, you will play a **pivotal role** in shaping the financial, operational, and strategic direction of the company. Reporting directly to the **President**, you will lead **Finance, HR, Privacy & Security, IT, and Legal**, ensuring we have the structure, governance, and commercial insights needed to fuel sustainable growth and global expansion. This is **not just a finance role**—it’s a **critical business leadership position** where you’ll contribute to company strategy, drive financial performance, and lead key initiatives that optimise operations, enhance scalability, and ensure long-term success. You will work closely with the **CEO, C-Suite, Board, and wider leadership team**, ensuring Fuel50 remains at the forefront of the SaaS industry. The ability to **translate strategy into action, optimise performance, and navigate complex global markets** is key. We’re looking for a **seasoned executive** with a **strong track record in SaaS, private equity, or venture-backed businesses**, who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
