We are currently seeking a highly motivated, flexible and skilled Field Operations Manager to join our team at DKSH New Zealand, in our new Ellerslie office.

We are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. As a Field Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving efficiency and effectiveness within our business unit. Collaborating with the National Field Sales Manager and leading a dedicated support team, you will oversee various tasks, including system administration, reporting, database management, and payroll processing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day administrative duties of Business Unit systems, including reporting, call cycles, and database management
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Consumer Goods National Field Sales Manager, Sales Managers, and Merchandiser Managers nationally
- Oversee sales reporting and ensure accurate data analysis and reporting
- Manage the production and distribution of the weekly Grocery newsletter in collaboration with the commercial team
- Manage the bi-weekly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Organise and coordinate national and regional sales meetings, including travel and accommodation arrangements, in conjunction with support team
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the overall enhancement of procedures

**To be successful you will have**:

- Strong administration skills with experience in a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive working relationships with managers and employees at all levels
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Suite
- Experience and knowledge within the FMCG industry (desirable)

We are looking for a strong team player who can equally work well autonomously. You will be adaptable, able to multitask and have a proactive approach.
