**Job Description**:
**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Electronics Projects Engineer. Reporting to the Control Systems Team Leader, you will join a close-knit Electrical & Electronics team based in Onehunga. You day will include helping the team design and document all electronics solutions for projects including creating Bill of Materials, project specific equipment design, machine wiring & connection design. You’ll day will also see you provide technical knowledge and expertise to internal teams to ensure our solutions are fit for purpose, market relevant and meet our customers’ needs. Other responsibilities include
- Produce project specific documentation to support production, installation, and service operations
- Designing plans to assess and improve product developments
- Conducting check for each layout of the job
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure our products are launched successful
- Be the go-to technical expert for project designers, before, during, and after project installation

*** Please note this is a 18 months fixed term contract**

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you'll bring the following**:

- Some knowledge for electronics engineering processes
- Understanding of Electronics design principles and writing techniques
- Strong knowledge of documentation procedures
- Previous experience as either Electronics Project Engineer or Electronics Projects Technician
- Tertiary qualification in Electronics Engineering
