Scope and Authority

As a Warehouse & Spare Parts Coordinator, is responsible for all daily activities, operations and performance of spare parts supply and delivery.

This position ensures that Marel supports their customers in a prompt and professional manger for all Spare Parts requirements, including parts for service, installations and projects.

The Spare Parts Department is focused on supporting customer requirements in all aspects of equipment installation, service and support.

Main Tasks
- Receive, pick and pack parts as required by customers
- Consign completed orders on carriers.
- Update connote details in the system.
Conduct intercompany invoicing
- Monitor all back orders in the system
- Update order delivery dates and notify customers.
- Follow up on outstanding internal back orders with global suppliers.
- Update internal systems and other departments where required on delivery dates and information
- Ensure that the Spare Parts and SLA obligations are fulfilled in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Implement Inventory Management - assist with the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory management.
- Adhere and comply with Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Basic office management responsibilities as required

Skills and Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English language.
- Current Forklift License.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Structured and professional approach.
- Approachable, ethical and responsible.
- Ability to manage and engage stakeholders.
- Emotional intelligence.
- Time management and ability to priorities workloads

Education, Knowledge, and Experience
- Proven years of experience in warehouse operations
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility
- Effective and efficient pallet control and management.
- Understanding of financial management.
- Understanding of Health and Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Understanding and experience with international shipping.
- Experience in the FMCG sector.
- Experience in supply chain within a global manufacturing equipment supplier.
- Understanding of contract management.
- Project management
