Person specifications - Director At this time, the Minister of Science, Innovation and Technology is seeking experienced directors with proven commercialisation experience. You will have:
- Proven governance experience.
- A genuine interest in science and its economic benefit for New Zealand.
- Background in science and innovation, ideally with experience in the commercialisation of science.
- Expertise in change management and human resources.
Additional skills, experience and attributes
- Business and commercial acumen, including industry connections.
- Financial acumen, including audit and risk management expertise.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Media and public relations experience.
- Credibility and experience within the science system and connection to end users.
