The Postharvest Science Team provides a wide range of outcomes to the horticultural fresh food industries in New Zealand. Working within our Postharvest Science Team, this role will support research aiming to understand postharvest responses of fruit and vegetables, improve fruit quality and ensure access to international markets.

**What you will be doing | Ngā whāinga matua**
You will be providing technical assistance to a variety of exciting projects within the postharvest space. Mainly working with kiwifruit, you will provide support over the seasonal peak during the kiwifruit season.

**What you will bring | Ngā tino pūkenga me ngā wheako**
Ability to work unsupervised and take initiative is essential. A current driver's licence and flexibility to work outside normal working hours if necessary are needed. Using your computer skills, you will be entering data and completing data manipulation and graphing if required.
