**About the Role**

We are seeking a team leader with a passion for equity in healthcare and someone who has the energy and drive to develop, provide and monitor the delivery of high quality consumer focused health services that meet the needs of our community. You will lead a team of dedicated therapists and psychologists who have an MDT approach to provide care to tamariki in our community.

**About you**

You will hold a current practicing certificate in one of the disciplines within our CDT team; Physiotherapist, Speech therapist, Occupational therapist or Psychologist, with a passion to grow and develop your team to achieve a high level of health outcomes.
