- This role (Supply Network Planner) will support the Suntory Oceania business in making better decisions and is responsible for balancing service, cost, inventory and risk across the New Zealand market. This is an exciting opportunity to take an end-to-end network view and work across our alcohol and non-alcohol portfolios. The role will act as the key interface between operational planning, commercial sales, Suntory Global Spirits and the wider Suntory business. You will get exposure to a broad range of stakeholders and be able to influence change by meaningful insights to help improve how we manage product availability and customer service._
**What you’ll be doing**
- Act as the key point of contact for product availability in the New Zealand market for both drink categories (non-alcohol and alcohol)
- Collaborate closely with a broad range of stakeholders such as commercial, operation planning, sales and marketing
- Analyse data and use this to tell a story and provide actionable insights to drive service performance
- Take a full network view across both portfolios to ensure service, cost, inventory and risk is suitably balanced
- Manage and develop a high performing team of two (DRP/FBS Planner and 3PM Planner)
- What's in your toolkit?- Proven experience partnering with a broad range of stakeholders
- Previous experience in a similar role within FMCG
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
- Experience (or desire) to lead and develop a high performing team
- A continuous improvement mindset
- The ability to problem solve and provide innovative solution
