**As our Operations Lead - Stores Transformation you’ll work alongside cross-functional experts to design and deliver a significant transformation program to our retail store network. As the Retail SME, you’ll champion a store-led mindset whilst ensuring that the program simplifies processes and ways of working that benefits both our teams and customers. As the transformation program transitions to implementation you’ll be instrumental in ensuring new ways of working and processes are embedded across our store network.

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
**This exciting opportunity utilises your previous retail leadership experience as you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our stores. Key deliverables also include:

- **Create a better customer and team experience**:Work as part of cross-functional experts to design the future ways of working in store. From design to delivery, you’ll collaborate, coach and mentor to Store Leaderships and Support office teams to ensure delivery of successful outcomes.
- **Proess delivery & Change**:Work collaboratively with the project team on the design and development of new ways of working. You’ll support testing phases from POC to pilot whilst ensuring the proposed changes deliver simplification and best practice retail for our customers and team.
- **Design the stores of our future**:Map end-to-end processes in-store and provide your insights into in-store pain points and opportunities. You’ll assess impacts to both customers and team on proposed initiatives and provide input on recommendations as required.

**About You | Mōu**

This role is well suited to a customer centric retail leader who has demonstrated experience in delivering initiatives and or projects. You’ll have an in-depth knowledge of retail in-store processes and procedures and use your leadership and analytical skills to identify and solve problems.
Given the nature of the role, the ability to travel interstate and work in-line with store operations including night and weekends will be required.
