We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Referral Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent full time position and this role will be based in our Auckland Head Office.

As a Referral Coordinator at Healthvision NZ Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate data for all funder referrals and the correct delegation of responsibility once clients are established in our systems.

**Key Tasks Involved**:

- Receive referrals from funders and external partners and accurately record information in CMS
- Confirm receipt and acceptance of referral with funder and ensure all information is received
- Ensure smooth, prompt and accurate information flow between funder and Alliance member and client
- Document Management
- Ensure all reports are accurate and timely
- Provide responsive and timey service to funders and referrers

The work is challenging at times, varied and there is a strong emphasis placed on building relationships with our funders and internal clients to ensure positive outcomes. Outstanding customer service skills, accuracy, timeliness and being a good organiser are essential to this role in addition to being able to negotiate competing demands. This role will suit you if you are self-motivated and a fast learner, can remain calm under pressure, have an eye for detail, and approach everything with common sense.
- Previous Data entry experience or related office experience would be an advantage
- Accurate Data Recording and Attention to Detail
- PC Literate (Experience with MS Office and spreadsheets) and Comfortable learning new databases
- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Team player attitude with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to Multitask and Able to work under pressure
- A ‘can do’ attitude and motivation to deliver outstanding service
- Excellent phone manner and Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to engage, build and maintain productive professional relationships
- Maintains confidentiality of information
