We’re seeking a motivated individual to take on a leadership role within our Business Banking team, based at our Highbrook Business Hub in Auckland.

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in enhancing and growing our portfolio of SME customers while helping shape and deliver key strategies and initiatives. You’ll lift team performance, optimise processes, and create an environment where our people thrive and our customers receive exceptional experiences.

- Strong understanding of business operations and business lending
- Confidence in building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Proven ability to deliver in a business sales environment and achieve ambitious goals
- Collaborative approach with a passion for coaching and developing others
- Growth mindset and readiness to develop and enhance your leadership skills
