A qualified Parts Salesperson (also called a Parts Interpreter) plays a critical role in our dealerships, providing advice and support to customers and technicians to ensure they get the right parts at the right time. Our structured programme supports you to complete the New Zealand Certificate in Automotive Parts and Accessories (Level 3) while gaining hands-on experience in one of our busy dealership Parts departments.

You’ll learn how to identify, source, and sell parts and accessories for agricultural and construction equipment, working closely with our customers, suppliers and workshops every day.

**What we offer**:

- Up to 2 years of on-the-job training while completing a nationally recognised NZQA qualification
- Earn while you learn with a starting pay rate of $23.50 per hour and incremental pay increases when you achieve 75 credits in your MITO qualification
- Practical, real-world experience in a high performing Parts team
- Ongoing mentoring and support, including regular check-ins with our Apprenticeship Programme Manager
