**About Crown Property**

We are excited to announce newly created Senior Customer Regulatory Specialist roles within our Crown Property team. These roles are part of a recent change initiative aimed at fostering closer relationships with our customers and developing a more strategic approach to managing the Crown property across New Zealand. It's a unique opportunity to contribute to the responsible stewardship and sustainable use of Crown Land for the benefit of both current and future generations.

The Built Structures team is a small group of property professionals within the larger Crown property group. The team is responsible for the management of all built structures within a large diverse portfolio. You'll have a deep understanding of property management principles and the property lifecycle to be able to provide strategic property development advice, as we work through the portfolio. You'll be able to collaborate well with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality services and cost-effective solutions.

You'll be a natural relationship-builder, relating to and communicating well with people from all backgrounds and all walks of life, whether resolving day-to-day tenancy matters, or working with iwi on Treaty Settlement properties. You will also need to demonstrate strong field experience and confidence and composure on-site while working with customers.

We are looking for streetwise technical property experts who thrive under pressure.
