**Requirements**:
The Programme Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex programmes that drive strategic initiatives and business outcomes. This role works cross-functionally with the Engineering and Product teams to coordinate efforts, manage resources and ensure the successful execution of projects within scope, time and budget constraints.

**What you will be doing**:

- Develop and execute programme strategies, objectives and roadmaps to achieve business goals
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the programme, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities
- Optimise programme processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Engage and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and key business stakeholders
- Facilitate communication and transparency across teams and leadership to ensure alignment and informed decision-making
- Monitor programme progress, identify and mitigate risks proactively to keep programme on track
- Establish key performance indicators to monitor progress and evaluate programme success
- Leverage data and insights to continuously refine and improve programme outcomes.

**What you will bring**:

- Proven experience in Programme Management, leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced technology environment
- Proven ability to effectively plan and successfully execute complex project activities, resources and timelines to ensure delivery
- Strong understanding of programme and project management methodologies(e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in identifying and mitigating risks and dependencies across complex initiatives
- Experience working with executive leadership and presenting programme updates
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make data-driven decisions and adapt to evolving business needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
