Join our dynamic team as a Virtual Interior Designer As we continue to expand, we're seeking a talented individual to leverage their design expertise in crafting stunning and practical kitchen, living room, and bathroom spaces for our clients. This role demands creativity, adaptability, and a knack for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

As a Virtual Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual representations of interior using 3D rendering and visualization software.

**Key Responsibilities**：**

The following areas of focus will be central to your role in this position:

- Attend client design meetings to take notes and answer questions.
- Create 3D visualizations of interior using 3D rendering and visualization software such as 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Sketchup, or other similar tools.
- Provide input on lighting, camera angles, and other visual elements to enhance the quality and realism of the visualizations.
- Render and produce high-quality images, animations, and/or virtual reality experiences to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Review and incorporate feedback from the design team, clients, and other stakeholders to refine and improve visualizations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in 3D rendering and visualization techniques and tools.
- Prepare cost estimates for kitchen, living room and bathroom designs.
- Prepare design proposals for clients.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bath contractors to ensure that designs are executed properly.
- Inspect completed kitchen and bathroom designs to ensure that they meet quality standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Digital/Multimedia, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in 3D rendering and visualization software such as 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Sketchup, or other similar tools.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Excellent artistic and visual skills, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into visually appealing and accurate 3D renderings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Portfolio of previous 3D visualization work demonstrating a high level of quality and creativity.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A high degree of creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
