**About the role**:
We seek an ambitious Designer with a fresh, valuable perspective to join our Auckland team. You will work alongside leaders who will encourage and support you to develop your craft and give you room to make an impact.

Your ability and drive to learn, innovate and deliver will be honed through access to high-quality projects with ambitious clients.

**About the role**:

- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that designs meet client expectations, technical requirements, and code compliance standards.
- Promote the business, develop strong relationships across the industry and contribute to ongoing and future growth.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of projects, keeping a close eye on budget and timeline constraints.
- Guide junior designers, including providing constructive feedback.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, materials, and technologies in workplace design to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to projects.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding design solutions.

**About you**:

- Architectural / Interior design qualification
- 7+ years’ experience, preferably in the construction industry, with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
- Excellent working knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
- Strong creative skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable positive working relationship with clients and team members.
- Strong project management skills.
- Able to prioritise, work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
