Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
We have a new role for an organised and efficient administrator wanting to make a real difference to patient care. This is a part time role, 20 hours a week. You will help arrange for overseas patients (mostly from the Pacific) to come to Te Toka Tumai Auckland for their cardiac or other treatment.

You will work closely with the medical and nursing teams, hospital operations, air ambulance and Government agencies to ensure everything is in place before the patient's arrival.

**A suitable applicant to this position will have**:
Previous administration & clerical experience in a large & complex organisation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to details & planning and organisation skills
Sound computer skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Flexibility in work hours as some weeks will be very busy and others less so
