This role could be perfect for you if you've got what it takes **Your Work** This is a hands-on position that requires a multitude of skills and knowledge. This will include: - Managing the sales and support team on a daily basis, including recruitment and retention - Customer Base maintenance and campaign management - Overview and engagement of Centralised Provisioning Team delivery of SLAs & identification of continuous improvement opportunities - Communication and direction regarding Product and Promotional offers & changes for go-to-market execution regularly with the team - Customer resolution management including reporting and support - Customer Value Management to identify service, insights and product recommendations - Preparing high quality, accurate reports; correspondence; including special deal updates; using appropriate word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software for our owner - Working with the hub owner to identify areas for professional development and up-skilling in relation to sales team members and personal role - Helping to positively shape the culture of team by influencing and modelling behaviours - Measuring and reporting on net revenue, IT spend, and ensuring the sales team are across their portfolio and aware of any gaps weekly - Processing hub inventory and associated administration; including company assets vehicles, fleet, laptops, loan devices etc - Hub VoC Net Promoter Enhancement - overview and strategic planning to exceed 55% NPS MQT - Ensuring customer portfolios are reallocated when staff are on leave **Key Skills & Requirements** - Managing the provisioning and invoicing of Spark broadband and mobile on Spark CRM, and IT Services in an accurate and efficient manner - Understanding of Telco Sales and Products/Solutions including handsets, accessories and IT services - Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers who phone and/or visit the Business Hub - Experience in positive customer resolution - Experience in spreadsheets is important as sales data needs to be exported for regular analysis and reporting to the hub owner Current Police and Credit Check **We're careful about who we hire**.** We have to be, to maintain our team culture.
