Repairs and Renovations Limited based in Tauranga is looking for an Assistant Manager to work alongside a great team. This is a permanent full-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the skills to be able to manage all the aspects of company in the absence of Manager. As an Assistant manager, you will be assisting the Manager in day-to-day operations of the company while ensuring customers receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities are as follows:
- Ensuring that every customer receives excellent service.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Managing and motivating your team to align with company values and expectations.
- Assist the Manager in Planning and managing rosters and wages.
- Organising, planning, and implementing strategies to increase customers.
- Handling customer concerns when necessary and ensuring the customer is satisfied with the resolved issue and service that has been provided.
Qualification and Experience Required for this Role:
We are seeking someone with a minimum of Senior Secondary school qualification or minimum 6 months experience in supervisory/managerial position in any field.
Position will require Weekend Work too so you must be Flexible and the pay rate for this position will be 29.80 NZD per hour.
**Salary**: $29.50 - $29.80 per hour
