Internal Engagement Business Partner Te tūranga - The role As the Internal Engagement Business Partner you will contribute to and implement Te Pūtea Matua's internal communication strategies, programmes and projects. You will play an active hands-on role in the authoring and delivery of communications that deliver to the strategy. Within this role you will;
- Work closely with business partners to ensure staff receive consistent messages to support the RBNZ's vision, strategy and organisational development
- Provide advice to the RBNZ leaders on internal communications messaging, channels and engagement.
- Conduct internal communications feedback sessions to gauge the quality and timelines of information provided to staff and analyse and make recommendation to improve information flows
- Facilitate RBNZ-wide communications events and develop and support initiatives to develop and encourage collaboration across the organisation
Ō pūkenga - About you You are an internal communications expert and understand how to successfully track, develop, plan and execute communication strategies. You're a people person who is able to build strong relationships and work across varying stakeholders, with a high level of attention and a results focussed outlook. You have;
- Experience in internal communications or a similar role
- Strong editorial capabilities and an excellent level of writing, presentation and communication skills
- The ability in evaluating and measuring the impact of communications and using this information to inform content.
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- A results focused approach with the ability to manage ambiguity and work to tight deadlines.
