We have the perfect opportunity for an operator with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to join the team at our Wheatsheaf Quarry.

We are looking for a self-starter who mechanically mined and proficient in operating the mobile plant - dump truck, loader and/or bulldozer - having previous excavator experience is also an advantage.

You will be looking for an opportunity to grow within the quarry industry as there is ample opportunity to learn and further develop your skills - if you have a positive outlook and are willing to learn - we will invest our time to upskill you and help you progress within the business

**What we can offer you**:

- Monday to Friday 6.30am to 5.30pm - occasional Saturday
- Weekly paid - Saturday paid at time/half

**For the role you will need to have**:

- A full New Zealand driver’s licence - WTR advantage
- Decent level of fitness - there will be some manual heavy lifting
- Right to work in New Zealand
- Common sense and a healthy and positive attitude towards your work to ensure your teammates get home safely each day.
