This role is based in Hawkes Bay supporting our customers in the Hawkes Bay, Napier and Hasting region. In this role, you will act with care, skill and diligence to offer insurance advice and solutions to our ASB customers. Your strong industry knowledge of Life Insurance products, business development experience and managing stakeholder relationships will be key to your success. Your ability to foster a deep understanding of our customers drivers and values, as well as a high level of presentation and customer relationship building skills are also key. **Ō pūkenga | About you**: The role requires a level of flexibility when it comes to providing customer service excellence, which may require work outside of normal business hours. Your interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively through various channels, innovative thinking, execution of a variety of new ways of retaining and growing our customer base will be an advantage. As part of your role as an Insurance Manager you are required to hold a National Certificate, Level 5, Insurance Stream.
