Come and join our great, supportive, and fun team and grow your administration experience to new heights We are looking for two superstar administrators to be based in our Pukekohe and Otahuhu sites.
**In this rewarding role, you will**:
- Be responsible for administration needs to support a range of casework activity.
- Assist with financial plans, including maintaining accurate records and reconciliation of workplace financial activities
- Liaise with vendors, casual staff, and other key stakeholders including various cultural groups and backgrounds
- Booking rooms, answering phones, and assisting on the reception desk
- Effectively identify and escalate risks where appropriate and look for opportunities to improve operations.
- Deal with critical scenarios in a calm, professional manner

To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will bring;
- Full clean New Zealand drivers licence
- Strong computer and Microsoft skills
- Effective organisational, planning and time management skills
- Administration and coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audience
- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture

Nōu te rourou | What's in it for you
Oranga Tamariki offer an impartial remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure. Annual remuneration for this position starts between $57,096 and $62,773 dependent on experience.
