As a Warehouse Administrator is responsible for the management of sea/air import/export documents ensuring that each freight cargo shipment that enters and exits the warehouse has corresponding paperwork, has been received, reconciled, and billed according to Boarder Agency and NZ Post Standards. This role is pivotal in communicating the needs of internal and external customers, suppliers, and import/export agents to the Warehouse floor. Acts as a first point of contact for customer requests outside of normal operations which are then directed accordingly. Please note this role is based at Auckland Airport on Tom Pearce Drive.

**Work hours**:

- Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm

**In this dynamic job you will**:

- Be responsible for administration tasks associated with this role
- Able to take direction from Warehouse Operations Leader
- Undertake training to ensure knowledge base is current
- Keep team members and leadership informed of current aspects affecting warehouse operations
