**The Role**:
Reporting to the Operations and Safety Manager, the Field Services Manager will influence, support and enable the business to safely implement planned work. You’ll primarily be responsible for:

- Ensuring commercial management of the Field Services department by increasing efficiency, productivity, innovation, and cost-effectiveness across the department
- Analysing performance and services against goals by ensuring work is carried out in a timely manner
- Developing and managing budgets and forecasts, invoicing and managing service contracts
- Recruitment and managing performance reviews of apprentices and qualified tradespeople

**About You**:
With a background in the energy sector or in manufacturing or heavy engineering, you’ll be known for your ability to understand the desired result, track progress and allocate resources to get the job done.

In addition, you’ll bring:

- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong, positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build sustainable relationships, negotiate and manage people
- Connections and experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environment
- Tertiary qualifications in technical or project management ideal
- Qualifications in quality are desirable

This role is primarily office based, but you will also interact with clients and field staff on site.
