**The Opportunity**

If you enjoy working outdoors and are looking for an opportunity that supports the wellbeing of the community
- this might be the role for you In the sports field line marking role you will work on sportsgrounds throughout the Waikato District, building relationships with and supporting our local sporting communities.

We work closely with local sports clubs and the Waikato District Council to plan and deliver the line marking requirements for a wide range of sports across the different seasons. We maintain 17 sportsgrounds and provide line marking services for rugby, league, football/soccer, la crosse and cricket.

A typical day in this role involves heading out to one of our local sportsgrounds, unloading the line marking ATV from the trailer and then re-marking the fields. You might find with the change in season or code, you will string and mark out for a new field. You would normally find yourself heading to a few different locations each day. There is a fair amount of travel with this role and you will work with many different communities in some awesome locations.

**Requirements**:

- Full Class 1 Drivers License
- Reasonable fitness

- Able to work independently
