**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Inwards Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring your designated area of the NIDC are supervised and maintained efficiently. With a team of 20+ staff, you will coach and develop using capability framework and provide effective communication to the team creating clarity of expectations.

Other responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Manage operational delivery to meet DC Service Levels and KPI’s
- Ensure all appropriate reporting is completed to agreed deadlines
- Effective management of pallet orders in the Staging Lanes.
- Ensure all approved Health and Safety, Loss Prevention and sustainability Initiatives are implemented and maintained

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience in the Logistics, warehousing & distribution fields.
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven operational background i.e. ground/floor experience, and proven capability of leading/coaching people
- High level of communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with all Team Members

The role will require you to work 40 hours per week on the AM shift, Mon - Fri 0730 - 1600.

You will need to be able and willing to work overtime including some weekends in peak and have some flexibility to work different hours to cover leave of other leaders.
