Location: Gisborne
Hours: 30 hours per week or more

**Responsibilities**:
- As a Shift Supervisor, your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks:
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the business.
- Maintain meticulous business records in compliance with regulations.
- Organize and coordinate special events, promotions, and marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory and stock management, including record-keeping.
- Foster professional and collaborative relationships with our suppliers.
- Provide support in managing the financial aspects of the business.
- Proficiently handle cash following company procedures.
- Enforce restaurant rules, policies, and regulations.
- Assist in planning work schedules and assigning duties to staff members.
- Manage and support employees, ensuring they receive necessary training and resources.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including equipment and facilities.
- Assist with documents for the city council to obtain necessary certifications and approvals.
- Support efforts to maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns to ensure their utmost satisfaction.
- Ensure prompt and efficient customer service.
- Effectively handle all managerial tasks during shifts.
**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Work experience in any position for 6 months or secondary school qualification.
- Any relevant qualification in hospitality will be an advantage.
- Any work experience in a food outlet position is advantageous.
- Must be available to work on weekends, public holidays, and split shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to contribute to the team’s success.
