- The Maori Crown Relations team is seeking a Relationship Partner to replace a vacancy in the team., Maori Crown Relations is responsible for the coordination and progress of Treaty settlements and enduring relationships with iwi and Maori. _
- A key focus of our mahi will be facilitating treaty settlement mahi and iwi engagement including _internal coordination and collaboration within LINZ to progress treaty commitments and opportunities across the organisation to support iwi aspirations._

- _Managing relationships including building credibility and trust with stakeholders with internal and external stakeholders. _
- _Communicating effectively both internally and externally and facilitating well planned sessions to progress mahi. _
- _Dealing with ambiguity by tailoring advice or action that consider environmental and business factors and providing a balanced and insightful approach._
- _Identifying patterns and trends for insights in data that support identifying opportunities to work collaboratively._
- _Solving problems by taking a broad view of an issue or challenge, discussing multiple aspects and analysing problems and potential impacts._
- _Planning with a view to scoping out the length and difficulty of tasks and projects and proactively planning for problems and roadblocks._

The annual full-time salary range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000 depending on skills and experience:
