**What's the role?**:
The purpose of the role is to analyse, repair and test Hilti tools in line with global repair and workflow standards. The role involves working and participating in a lean environment, working efficiently, and contributing to continuous improvement. The job holder needs to sustain a passion for the customer as a trigger to drive service levels and repair quality.

**What does the role involve?**:

- Analysing, repairing, testing Hilti power tools in line with global repair standards and workflow standards.
- Work in and participate in a lean environment, work efficiently and contribute to continuous improvement
- Sustain a passion for the customer as a trigger to drive service levels and repair quality
