**Contract**: Permanent, Full Time, Rostered and Rotating 24/7, normally 40 hours per week

**About the Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic multi skilled administrator to join our vibrant team at Wellington Hospital.

This is a rostered and rotating position and is a 24/7 service currently on a 12 line roster in ED, and 4 line roster in Birthing Suite. Duties include:

- Meeting and greeting patients
- Demographic validation
- Registering all patients who present
- Admissions, discharges and transfers of patients
- Administration support for clinical staff

**About the Team/Service**

Most importantly, you - ll take a lead in customer relationship care, will have the ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease, will be well presented, keen to learn, reliable.

This team and role is diverse and you will be dealing with a range of different people, for which you will have excellent customer focus and empathy skills.

**About you**
- Health care experience is preferable
- Good computer skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity

- Driver - s license

- Teamwork
