**The Role | Mō tēnei tūranga mahi**
We're looking for a Team Coach who holds a current Nurse registration with mental health experience to join our Pathways, Tauranga Wairua Adult Respite service. You will assess, plan and support the implementation and evaluation of tāngata whaiora, while fostering a nurturing and recovery focused environment, in order to ensure we are offering the best service we can.
This role will be reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager and leading a team of Support Workers. This service is a community service supporting people with a lived experience of mental health and addiction. You will provide regular coaching and be focused on inspiring every member of your kaimahi to exceed their personal best in everything they do.
**This a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, with an On-Call rotation approximately every three months.**
**You | Mōu**
- Experience in working with and an understanding of trauma-informed care.
- Other health qualified applicants with mental health experience will be considered.
- A current full New Zealand driver's licence.
- A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one.
- An understanding of what you need for your own wellbeing.
- Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the articles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
- Uphold the integrity and mana of both the taiohi and Kaupapa.
- The ability to work independently and innovatively to engage young people/taiohi and whānau.
- Knowledge of and relationships with local NGO and Iwi providers.
