**Mō tēnei tūranga** - About the role

Come and join a team that provides a high-quality support service to the people of Aotearoa, along with the health providers, laboratories and colposcopy clinics who are involved in the screening pathway.

As a Service Coordinator for the National Cervical Screening Programme, you’ll ensure a variety of health professionals’ access accurate participant screening information.

You’ll provide customer service to Screening Providers, Laboratories and Colposcopy service providers, Regional Register teams and Programme participants.

Day to day your role will be to:

- Resolve issues
- Maintain high quality administrative processes using data management tools
- Respond to enquiries from health professionals and others
- Enter accurate participant information into the NCSP Register

**This is a Monday to Friday role based in our Central Office on Custom House Quay**

**Qualifications**:

As a member of the team behind the National Cervical screening programme you will be working with others who are strongly motivated to make a difference in their community.

In the past you may have been in a customer services role solving problems for others because it is something you enjoy doing.

Additionally you have familiarity and expertise using data bases, office systems and software, e.g. Word, Excel

Technological know-how - you ideally have a background in working in an environment where multiple technical systems are used and must be technically savvy
- A commitment to the diverse cultures of our service users and the needs of priority populations in Aotearoa
- An understanding of Te Tiriti O Waitangi and a commitment to increasing equity for Māori Tangata Whai Ora
