Senior CCDM Coordinator, CCDM Team

**About this position**:
A position is available for a highly motivated Registered Nurse or Midwife to join the Care Capacity Demand Management (CCDM) Team at MidCentral as a Senior CCDM Coordinator. The role will be 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Senior CCDM Coordinator will lead the CCDM team in providing coordination, facilitation, planning, communication and support for the implementation and enhancement of the current systems. This role works as part of the CCDM team to support delivery of high quality outcomes for the organisation, its staff and patients.
The Senior CCDM Coordinator works in partnership with nursing/midwifery leadership, management, information systems and union partners to ensure programme and data integrity through monitoring and promotion of accurate and reliable data. The Senior Coordinator consolidates reports and represents the CCDM team at relevant governance and executive forums. This role supports the CCDM team to develop cohesive and collaborative work plans for the goal of consistently achieving CCDM Standards and TrendCare Gold Standards across MidCentral.
**The successful applicant will need to have**:
- Current New Zealand APC
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with no restrictions
- The successful appointee must meet the statutory and organisational requirements for working with children, as per the Vulnerable Children Act 2014 and MidCentral District Health Board policy, including a satisfactory police check and other safety checking processes
- Professional Portfolio at Level 4 or QLP or working towards
- Post Graduate qualification
- Able to work at a high level with regard to health informatics and hospital operations
- Advanced computer skills
- Experience in coordinating teams
