The HR team are well-regarded, so you’ll get to pick up and carry on the great work. And there is flex in start and finish times - you can work your 8 hours anywhere between 7am and 5pm.

**Here’s what you’ll be involved in**
This is a broad HR generalist role, where you’ll pick up all areas of operational HR for your client group of around 170 people. Reporting to the CPO and with a dotted line to the business, you’ll lead a small team of HR and training professionals who are capable and self-sufficient. You’ll hit the ground running and pick up delivery on all aspects of the generalist remit.

**What you’ll bring**
You love engaging and building relationships with a down to earth, skilled workforce. Your strong HR generalist experience means you can turn your hand to whatever comes your way, helping managers and leaders to find positive ways through people challenges and opportunities. Ideally, you’ve worked in an engineering environment, and enjoy working with a technical, skilled workforce.
