**About the role**:
As the People and Culture Manager, you will be a key part of the Senior Leadership Team with two direct reports. Reporting directly into the CFO, you will oversee the People and Culture function across both head office and warehouse teams. In this generalist role, you will partner closely with the business to provide strategic and operational insights/advice, driving high employee engagement and performance.

Additionally, you’ll offer leadership development and support to managers and team leaders, acting as a trusted advisor on all HR matters. Your efforts in driving initiatives to foster a positive work environment will play a key role in shaping the future of the organisation.

**Who you will be**:

- A customer-centric leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service to all stakeholders.
- A Senior HR professional, with proven experience driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- An exceptional leader, who’s superpower is to communicate and build relationships with ease.
- Confident in New Zealand employment legislation and have a knack for coaching leaders and managers on best practice HR and cyclical activities.
- Values-driven, with a fun and adaptive style, keen to drive employee engagement through creative and exciting initiatives. A background in Retail, e-commerce, FMCG or any other fast paced environment is a plus
