**Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role**

As the team leader you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding our Pasifika mental health team. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of services, ensuring high standards of care and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for both staff and clients. The role requires you to collaborate with community organizations, stakeholders and other health services to enhance service delivery.

**Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team**

Health Pasifika are a dynamic engaging team who provide secondary mental health service to Pacific people over the age of 18. The service is focused on minimising and managing the impact of mental health problems experienced by Pacific people. Timely access to a comprehensive range of clinical assessment and treatment services, supported by culturally appropriate engagement with Pacific families is important. Health Pasifika also provides some therapy and short term focused care and can also facilitate access to other Pacific health and social service providers available in the community.

We are a small dynamic multidisciplinary team who enjoys working together and sharing celebrating achievements. A sense of humour is important.

**Moū - About you**

There will be an ability to work in partnership with local Pasifika communities and NGO providers so having a full driver - s license will be required for travel.

You will lead the team through change, working to best practice and goal driven outcomes and have an understanding of and work towards achieving KPI - s.
