**Your role**

As the IT Operations Team Leader, you will lead and manage the Technical Operations team to deliver exceptional results in the following areas:

- ** Technical Support Management**: Oversee the day-to-day support of IT systems, including office systems, computer networks, and telephony, ensuring they meet business operational requirements.
- ** Infrastructure Design and Maintenance**:Take charge of the design, implementation, and maintenance of all infrastructure systems, aligning them with business needs and driving continuous improvement.
- ** Leadership Excellence**:Provide clear and strong leadership to your team, fostering a collaborative and responsive Technical Operations environment.

As the IT Operations Team Leader, you will be instrumental in:

- ** Meeting Business Needs**: Ensuring that our IT systems and infrastructure meet business operational requirements, supporting seamless operations and growth.
- ** Technical Expertise**: Leveraging your technical expertise to design, implement, and maintain infrastructure systems that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
