We currently have an exciting, new opportunity for a creative, highly analytical and passionate learning professional, to work alongside a team of other talented learning designers.
We spoke with our Learning Designer Lead, who let us know the following about the role:
**What does a day in the life of a Learning Designer look like?**
You will focus on growing the capability of our people to be customer focused. Working with the wider Culture, leadership, and Capability team you will have the skills to scope, design and implement learning solutions to help build capability for our bankers to better serve our customers.
You will need to be creative, think outside the box and develop solutions that are sustainable. As a key learning designer, you will take a learner centric approach to drive and manage the development of a range of learning deliverables.

We work on a variety of change and learning projects across all areas of BNZ. The role will be responsible for the complete development lifecycle of learning development, from learning needs analysis to sign off.

The most challenging thing about is role is being able to juggle many balls at the same time, manage stakeholders' expectations and design quality learning that aligns to our business strategy.
**What attributes will this person have in order to be successful?**
We are looking for someone who has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and is not afraid to present solutions, see opportunities to continuously improve, speak up in meetings and/or run a design session.
