**THE TEAM**
You will be part of a hardworking and supportive team, who are experienced, and well-established in the Roading industry. **THE ROLE**
This role is accountable carrying out network inspections to satisfy the requirements of the West Auckland Road Maintenance Contract. It will include routine cyclic inspections as specified, investigations of CRM and other notified defects and network video drive overs to ensure compliance within the relevant standards.
Your key responsibilities include the inspection, rating, and reporting on conditions of assets on the network. You will undertake the delivery of monthly unplanned reactive maintenance programmes within agreed timeframes and ensuring the accurate recording of data uploaded into an asset management system such as RAMM or AV.
**ABOUT YOU**
They will also need to have the proven ability to conduct on-site audits and supervision, with the ability to resolve or correct issues.
**Education and qualifications**
- Class 1 NZ Drivers Licence
- Class 2 NZ Drivers Licence preferred
- Relevant Temporary Traffic Management qualification
- Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Ramm/Asset Management systems experience
To be successful in this role, they need to be diligent with planning and managing time and should be able to adjust to changing priorities. The ability to effectively balance quality and quantity as well as their ability to problem solve and look beyond the immediate and find the root cause are essential to this role.
