**THE OPPORTUNITY**
This is a newly created role within our Transport Infrastructure team based in Henderson.
This role is mainly accountable for the collection of all network data, prioritisation of work and allocated for delivery on the network in a timely, sustainable, and cost-effective manner, being cognizant of client and customer needs. There is a big focus on ensuring that all work being delivered meets minimum quality requirements. This role also takes ownership and that all AT budgets are programmed and completed each season and the claim is completed on time each month.
**YOUR TEAM**
Your team will consist of one Quality Manager, a Sustainability Manager, as well as the RAMM and Planning Managers. You will need to ensure your team is adequately resourced and that they have the training and skills required to carry out all the functions of your group including investigations, design, asset planning, project planning and project delivery.
**THE BRANCH**
Our Henderson branch predominantly focus on the delivery of our Maintenance contract of the Auckland Transport West Roading network. In your role as Professional Services manager, you and your team will play a major part in helping us to perform well on this contract through your asset management skills as well as your ability to establish, maintain, and grow effective relationships with the client and manage staff to ensure successful operation of maintenance contracts.
**ABOUT YOU**
Ideally you will have a minimum 7 years practical field experience in delivery of maintenance contracts working across a range of stakeholder/clients, with positive outcomes. An active interest in Asset Management would be preferred. Full class 1 driver’s licence, excellent written and verbal English skills as well as relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent are an advantage.

- Ensure effective resourcing, management and governance of the engineering services.
- Ensuring the projects/tasks are delivered on time, cost effectively for the business requirements.
- Maintain the already strong working relationships with other members of the team, business and external stakeholders both in projects and asset management.
- Have experience working with government organisations as your client
