**About the role**:
You will lead the business and partnership engagement strategy to develop and manage domestic & international industry partnerships for graduates. In this role, you will assume overall accountability for Industry Partnerships, Internship Placements and Graduate tracking. You will work closely with the wider leadership team to ensure best results. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

- To ensure that the Yoobee Colleges group meets graduate success targets for all programmes
- To develop, foster and enhance key industry partnerships
- To help develop new opportunities for students through collaboration with the Product team on internships and employment activities.
- Ensure processes are in place to capture data in a timely manner to support grad destination and consistency review requirements

**About you**:

- Demonstrated ability to maintain and drive effective stakeholder relationships that provide meaningful pathways to student employment
- Proven knowledge of and experience in business development practices and maintaining & expanding the organization’s professional network
- Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate and relate at all levels, with people from a wide variety of backgrounds
- Strong organisation, computer, and administration skills as well as facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated exceptional levels of verbal and written communication skills along with strong presentation skills
