We have an exciting opportunity to join the School of Computer Science as an **Industry Engagement Manager **(Employer Liaison Manager) **- Data Science**

As Industry Engagement Manager, you will:

- Manage and facilitate an extensive industry project programme for Masters students.
- Play a vital role initiating, developing, and supporting strategic alliances with employers and industry to develop industry projects for our students.
- Be responsible for enhancing opportunities for industry to engage with the School and play a key role in developing relationships between the School and the wider business community.
- Develop and implement industry projects and graduate role opportunities.
- Identify and promote work experience, including internship/mentoring opportunities to students.
- Work with industry, alumni, and other stakeholders to create and deliver programmes to support employability.

This is a fulltime (37.5 hours per week), 10 months fixed term role.
Remuneration: $78,500 - $86,000 dependent on experience.

A proactive, energetic, and relationship-focused professional, you will possess the ability to establish collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, including providers and external organisations.

Ideally you will be tertiary-qualified, with proven experience in networking and business development.

Preference will be given to applicants who have worked in a tertiary sector environment, operating in a role related to graduate employment. However, individuals who have a solid commercial background with a relationship-development focus, coupled with credible industry employer contacts and some recruitment or career management experience, will also be considered.
