**The Roles**

This is a wonderful opportunity to express your interest in Warehouse Operator roles with Synlait

Based at our North and South Island sites these roles are springboard opportunities to put your warehousing skills and experience to best use in a growth area of the company.

Reporting to the Shift Leader, the Warehouse Operator role is a Monday to Friday position with negotiable work hours around a 42.5 hour week.

The main responsibilities in this role include
- Working with Fork Hoist and RF Scanner in the Warehouse environment
- Supporting the supply chain officers to keep Synlait plants operational
- Continuous improvement ideas around inward and outward good movements
- Utilising your numeracy skills to ensure inventory accuracy
- Promotion of Synlait health, safety and quality process

This is an energetic role, with heavy lifting involved and would suit a strong, self motivated and forward thinking person, with a dedicated work ethic. Someone who can think on their feet and communicate operational needs, problems, ideas, and solutions quickly and effectively

**Skills and experience**

This team is built upon positivity, collaboration and teamwork and they are proud of their performance working hard to provide a safe and assured environment. To be considered for these roles will require
- Previous experience in a warehouse operations environment.
- Capability of actively using SAP systems at work.
- RF Scanner familiarity
- The ability to undertake heavy lifting on a regular basis
