**Job Description**:
The Program Manager position is responsible for excellence in delivering the core business goals and priorities for Visa with a focus across New Zealand and the South Pacific. The role requires strong commercial, technology, change management & project expertise to understand Visa’s business priorities and to then manage and support their delivery through cross functional teams. The role will report to the Senior Director Portfolio Management, AuNZSP.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and communicate the business priorities necessary for implementing in NZSP to remain a leader in digital payments.
- Lead and be the integration point for cross-functional business priorities.
- Champion the team as you manage change in contemporary ways of working through shorter sprints. Deliver with enhanced pace and impact to the business and clients.
- Supporting the business prioritization framework and pipeline of work to manage on time delivery and operational excellence.
- Documentation and optimization of processes for improvements as well as designing optimal processes for anything new to the business that requires implementing
Build justification | business cases and secure regional or global resources as required
- Effectively lead internal and external meetings, delivering presentations to all levels of staff and clients
- Be a trusted partner of the NZSP Leadership Team and Country Manager to drive an efficient business operation that enhances the team culture and working experience.
**Qualifications**:
Technical
- Demonstrated ability to influence diverse groups of professionals that have expertise in different domains. The role will involve influencing other leaders.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication to present a variety of complex topics
- Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic environment and recognize priority issues, escalating accordingly.
- Skill and experience with process mapping and process automation, knowledge of workflow tools is desirable. Lean and / or Six Sigma experience, with the DMAIC framework
- Proficient in both Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies.
Data Champion - advanced skills in dashboarding and Tableau. Able to create a platform for content to be self-served and leveraged across the business.

Consistently search for innovative, more efficient ways to work and make incremental improvements to existing processes or ways of doing business with internal or external clients.
